Voor het uitrusten van onze tandartsenpraktijk hebben we beroep gedaan op My Planet Led om onze praktijkruimtes met dimbare ledpanelen (17) te voorzien. Bij onze oorspronkelijke bestelling was nog niet bekend welke drivers hiervoor nodig waren. Na navraag bij onze installateur heeft My Planet Led ons de drivers toegestuurd. Na installatie bleek dit niet te functioneren met onze dimmers.
Dat probleem werd door My Planet Led snel en efficiënt opgelost: onze drivers werden vervangen door andere.
